Inkwell does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

What we don't do

• No telemetry
• No analytics
• No cloud services
• No user accounts
• No tracking of any kind

What stays on your device

Everything. Your files, your themes, your settings, your version history. All stored locally on your machine. Inkwell never phones home.

The one exception

If you purchase and activate a Pro license, Inkwell makes a single HTTPS request to the Gumroad API to verify your license key. This happens once, at the moment you activate. The response (valid/invalid) is stored locally as a signed license file. No further network requests are made.

Third-party services

Inkwell does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
