Themes

Inkwell ships with four hand-tuned themes. Each has its own personality, but all share the same warm accent family — so every screenshot is instantly recognizable as Inkwell.

Editorial

Warm cream background, rust accent. The default. Literary, soft, inviting. Like writing on good paper.

Midnight

Warm charcoal with ember tones. Not the cold blue-grey you see everywhere else — this is a writing desk by candlelight.

Mono

Cool grey with steel ink accent. Clean, precise, minimal. The typewriter.

Sepia

Deep parchment with bold rust. The aged manuscript under lamplight.

Switching themes

Click any theme button in the sidebar, or use the Command Palette:

• Ctrl+K → type "Editorial", "Midnight", "Mono", or "Sepia"

Your theme choice persists between sessions.
